Refund Window: Subscribers to the Local Planner can receive a full refund before the human-optimized itinerary is delivered. Subscribers to the Travel Copilot can receive a refund for the Copilot portion (USD 10/day) before the service begins.
Send an email to leetanghui424@gmail.com. Use the subject line “Refund Request”. In the body of the email, please include your account email address and a brief reason for the refund request. Our support team will review your request and reach out to you within 3-5 business days with further instructions.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times. Thank you for understanding, and we hope to continue serving you in the future.
